Palo Santo is a sacred tree that is burned as incense. Its smoke is believed to bring healing and cleansing energy. In yoga and meditation, palo santo is used to calm the mind and prepare the space for spiritual practice.
Amazonite is a powerful heart and throat chakra stone. It is believed to help communicate truthfully and clearly. You can keep the stone close to you or use it in meditation to help focus and open your heart chakra.
Selenite is a powerful cleansing stone often used to balance and cleanse the chakras. It can help to deepen the meditative state.
Use:
Burn the incense as a bouquet, individual leaves or pieces. (Always burn incense on a non-flammable surface, our range also includes holders designed to burn incense). If you are smoking the incense as a bouquet, light only the top of the bundle to burn. Smoke formation can be accelerated by blowing a little air into the incense bundle. Be aware that bouquets produce much more smoke than incense sticks and burn for longer.
Energy cleansing of the home is recommended to be done by moving the incense from the bottom up, towards an open window or door that allows negative energy to escape from the room. Ventilate the room carefully after burning the incense.
