Description
The set consists of three fascia balls with different degrees of hardness (Standard - Hard - Very hard). The kit also includes a chart for the different levels of hardness on the corresponding trigger points on the back.
To address the trigger points, lie down on your back, relax and while continuing to breathe in and out, place the fascia ball of the appropriate hardness under the corresponding point on your back. Then move your body back and forth a little, as slowly as possible. The fascia ball can also be used on other areas of the body such as the glutes, bottoms of the feet, arms and hands by slowly rolling out the muscle areas while sitting, standing or lying down.
