Due to its features, the EcoPro mat is great for intensive asana training such as flow yoga, ashtanga and hatha. The grip is the most important feature for many yogis. To perform the movement, the yoga mat mustn't slip under the fingers and toes. With the sticky mat, you can focus fully on your asana without having to think about staying upright. The EcoPro non-slip mat offers excellent grip both against the floor and under the hands and feet. The 4 mm thick mat softens the floor comfortably while providing enough support.
The EcoPro yoga mat made of natural rubber does not contain any harmful chemicals at all. The mat has an Oeko-Tex 100 certificate. Bodhi yoga mats are made in Germany.

Clean the yoga mat after use by wiping it with a damp cloth, use a mild detergent for natural rubber if necessary. Allow drying well before wrapping. Keep out of direct sunlight.
