With the floor to ceiling ball, both beginners and active boxers can practice dodging, batting speed, footwork, and hand-eye coordination. The ball is installed at a suitable stroke height according to the boxer's length. The package includes 2 Flexstring PRO ropes. With two flexible ropes, the ball returns quickly from the punch, requiring the boxer a quick response. The angle and speed of return depend on the striking technique used.
