The surface is designed to guarantee excellent grip for sweating hands, making it perfect for hot yoga or dynamic exercises such as astanga and power yoga. Care instructions: This mat is very easy to clean with a soft cloth and water whenever needed or machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle and no bleach. Hang to dry.
