Be Lenka shoes are carefully handcrafted; most are made in the EU, especially in Portugal. In our latest collection, however, we have expanded our production to Vietnam by utilizing the latest technological and production possibilities. We aim to provide our customers with shoes that incorporate state-of-the-art technologies and innovations. We remain committed to our mission of offering sustainable shoes with the lowest possible environmental impact. We supervise most of the production personally, ensuring that our shoes are delivered to you in the best possible quality.
Local production also ensures proper implementation of our strict quality control measure, resulting in exceptional quality that you expect from us. When you choose Be Lenka shoes , you can therefore expect them to last, which means you don't have to replace your shoes every few months.
Before the shoes reach you, they are carefully inspected by many of our skilled shoemakers Assisted by modern machines that can pick up even the smallest flaws that a human eye could miss. However, production is still largely manual, with each pair shaped separately by the shoemaker's hands.

We produce ethically in safe working conditions, comply with strict EU worker health and safety standards and provide fair remuneration to our employees.
We only use materials of the highest quality
Premium, modern, high-quality and carefully processed materials, such as merino wool or leather, are the basis of each of our collections. We prefer European suppliers over Asian suppliers, which makes our shoes a bit expensive, but of much better quality.
