Return Policy Summary.

Return: You can return your order within 14 days. As a customer, you pay for the costs of returning the goods to us. You can get the full amount returned. See info about the item's condition below.

Exchanged: As a customer, you pay for the costs of returning the goods you wish to exchange. We pay the shipping for the items you wish to exchange.

Condition of the item: You can try the item on in the same way as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any deterioration of the product. In order to receive the item's full value back, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If the item is not in original condition, you can only get a percentage of the item's value back based on the commercial value.

Prices

We reserve the right to make errors in the stated prices. All the stated prices include VAT. Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy can change the stated prices at any time if this becomes necessary.

Sold out items & discontinued items

We endeavor to be able to deliver our products to our customers within 3-9 working days. However, Sportnordica reserves the right for out-of-stock and delayed items.

Postage and shipping

All our deliveries take place via our order system and are done automatically. There are different postage rates for the different products, as there is an incredibly large difference in the weight of the different products sold in the webshop. However, all purchases over 999 are free of postage with Bring if they weigh under 20kg. and are not unmanageable - i.e. sandbags and mats fall outside these guidelines and must therefore be sent by carrier. Please be aware that there may also be special rules for shipping to non-landed islands. All orders made before 13:00 is processed on the same day (this applies Monday – Friday, holidays or statutory closing days excepted).

At Sportnordica, we offer our customers to shop via credit card

Delivery of products

We send the majority of all our deliveries with GLS or Bring. Your delivery typically arrives 3-9 working days after we have received your order and will contain products corresponding to what you have ordered.

Reservation of title

All goods remain the property of Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy until payment is made in full. All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are borne by the customer.

Reservation of title in case of pre-order / pre-order

All pre-orders are binding and transfer of risk occurs when the goods are finished and handed over for delivery, even if delivery is carried out by Sportnordica. Pre-orders are CIP (Carriage and insurance paid to xx) or FOB (Free On Board), if the buyer is responsible for delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be made before transfer.

Right of withdrawal and refund of your money

You have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase, which is calculated from the date you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. In connection with a possible return, you cover the cost of return postage. You can also cancel by refusing to accept the goods.

When buying special or stock items, there is no right of withdrawal or possibility to exchange for another item.
When purchasing step protectors, tooth protectors and the like, there is no right of cancellation or possibility to exchange for another product. This is adopted for hygienic reasons.

Complaint

Pursuant to the Sales Act, a right of complaint is granted for 24 months on all goods. The right to complain must protect the consumer from errors or defects in the product that were already present at the time of purchase but only become apparent later. This means that the defect must not have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. You must advertise within a reasonable time, preferably as soon as possible after you have ascertained the deficiency. In the event of a justified complaint, we pay the costs for return shipping and exchange the product.

Personal information

Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy is responsible for handling the personal data provided by our customers. We treat all the customer's personal data strictly confidential. The information is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the legislation. We comply with the Personal Data Act, which means that you have the right to gain insight into the information we have about you as a customer at any time. Personal information is stored encrypted. You can access the information by sending an e-mail to our customer service (info@sportnordica.dk). Only people associated with Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy have access to this data (your orders and which addresses you could have ordered goods to).

Cookies

When you browse Sportnordica, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, enables us to present you with retargeting advertisements on other sites based on your previous interaction with Sports Nordic. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information, such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. You can visit this page to opt-out of AdRoll and its partners' targeted advertising.

Choice of law and venue

All purchase agreements in this webshop are entered into in Danish and according to Danish legislation. Any dispute about purchases via Sportnordica and about these terms must be submitted to the district court in Copenhagen
