GDPR - Personal Data Regulation
How we process your personal data
- information obligation for private customers, business customers and sole proprietorships by the EU's new Personal Data Regulation of 25 May 2018.
On 25 May 2018, the EU's personal data regulation comes into force and, in this connection, Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy is obliged to disclose which personal data information we store about our customers and what we use it for.
As a starting point, S portnordica / Gonsul Oy only stores general personal data that we need in relation to creating you as a customer and managing the customer relationship. When you become a customer of S portnordica / Gonsul Oy , S portnordica / Gonsul Oy processes as data controller, your information in accordance with the EU's personal data regulation
Data collected for private customers in order to process your order:
- Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address
Data collected for business customers and sole traders in order to process your order:
- Company name, Address, Telephone number, e-mail address
- Name of contact person
- P-number
- CVR number
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, but can however also be accessed by our necessary partners such as freight suppliers and financial systems. Data will not be used for marketing, but is used exclusively so that you as a customer have access to our goods and we can provide the best possible service to you as a person or company.
Personal information is collected in collaboration with:
- Epay/bambora (Management of payment cards)
- Webshipper (Management of shipping and freight)
- Post Nord, GLS, UPS and possibly other freight companies (Management of shipment and freight)
- E-conomics (Booking of documents and accounts)
- Google (Analytics, Adwords, Webmastertools)
- Facebook (Advertising)
- Mailchimp (Newsletter sending)
All of the above 3rd party data processors comply with the EU's requirements for the processing of personal information.
We only share your personal information in cases where you have given us permission to do so.
You have the right to "be forgotten"
- On Facebook, simply click on the cross on the ad. And choose that you do not want to see this ad again. Then you will never see ads from us again on Facebook.
- You can also remove your like from our Facebook page, so you won't get our news and offers in your news feed either.
- On our newsletter, simply press unsubscribe and you will be deleted from our newsletter list.
- If you do not wish to review your purchase experience, simply unsubscribe from this newsletter. Then you will be forgotten.
- If you do not want to share your information with Google Analytics, you can install the following Chrome plugin that prevents Google from collecting data about you: Google Analytics Opt Out plugin
Right of access
As a customer, you have the right to access which data Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy store about you and what we use them for. Requests for insight must be made to: info@nippon.dk where you write the following:
Subject field: GPDR
Text: Name and telephone number
Deletion of data
As a starting point, all your data will be deleted after 5 years from the end of the year in which the customer relationship ends, cf. Bookkeeping Act chapter 5 §10 subsection. 1:
§ 10. 1) The person liable for bookkeeping must store the accounting material in a satisfactory manner for 5 years from the end of the accounting year to which the material relates. The storage must take place in a way which, during the entire storage period, enables an independent and unambiguous retrieval of the accounting material in question."
Approval of handling of data
By continuing to be a customer or registering as a customer with Sportnordica / Gonsul Oy, you agree to the terms for handling data.
