The hoop with a diameter of 95 cm is the most popular size. It is suitable for most users and therefore great for shaRed use, such as for yoga studios. The size of the ring is also influenced by your preferences. Some movements are easier to perform with a smaller ring, others with a larger one.
To choose a size that fits you, a basic measure is to sit on a chair and measure from the seat to the top of your head, then add 10cm.
