Use:

Burn the incense as a bouquet, individual leaves or pieces. (Always burn incense on a non-flammable surface, our range also includes platforms designed to burn incense). If you are smoking the incense as a bouquet, light only the top of the bundle to burn. The smoke formation can be accelerated by blowing some air into the incense bundle. Please note that bouquets produce much more smoke than incense sticks and burn longer. Ensure adequate ventilation of the premises after burning incense.

To cleanse yourself, direct the smoke in your direction, towards your heart and over your head. After this, you can walk around your house with the smear to clean it as well.
