Description

This set contains everything to set up a perfect campfire. The kit includes the original FireSteel 2.0, a Tinder-on-a-Rope fire starter and a Grandpa's Fire Fork BIO.

Swedish FireSteel 2.0

The Original Fire Steel® fire stick ignites a fire, fireplace, camping stove or barbecue with few scratches even in difficult weather conditions. Also works well when wet. The fire steel produces sparks of approx. 3000 ° C. Extremely long-lasting and durable. It ignites up to 3,000 times. Suitable for hiking, camping, fishing and hunting trips. Weight 20 g. The material of the Fire Steel handle is Terralene HDPE elastomer, 100% recyclable and BPA-free. 96% of the material is bio-based plastic made from sugar cane and wood fibres, which is Bonsucro and ISCC certified.

Grandpa's FireFork BIO

FireFork is a steel fork with a quick-release head that easily locks into a wooden stick. Allows you to cook sausage, fish or vegetables anywhere there is fire. Quickly removable after use. Easy to transport, the spikes are placed in the included protective case. Weight 16 g. The protective cover on the quick-release head is made of Terralene HDPE elastomer, 100% recyclable and BPA-free. 96% of the material is bio-based plastic made from sugarcane and wood fibres, which is Bonsucro, ISCC and PEFC certified.

Tinder-on-a-Rope

The tinder starter is made from stumps from cultivated pine (fedwood) from the Honduran highlands. With its 80% resin content, the tinder starter is extremely easy to light and work, even when wet, as it is the resin (oil) that does not burn the wood. Burns with a hot flame compared to paper and paraffin. Scrape a small bite into the lighter with a knife or make a hole in the stick with the tip of the knife where you light a fire with a FireSteel or other fire equipment. With both technologies, one stick is light enough for the needs of the year.
