The gas burner fits all Trangia 25 and 27 series and can be placed directly in place of the liquid burner. A reliable gas burner heats water or food even in the fiercest storms! Compatible with EN417 standard propane/butane gas tanks with threaded valves. The petrol tank is easier to carry in a rucksack than a bottle of alcohol, so this is especially worth having for longer trips where every extra gram counts!
The gas burner is easy to use, has a quick cooking time and keeps the pans free of soot. Boils 1 liter of water in 3.5 min (varies depending on weather and fuel quality). It burns 150 g of gas per hour at full power.
