Description
The ISC KH311SG oval steel carabiner has a screw-locking gate and is a great value and versatile carabiner that gives you a 15mm gate opening.
Screw Gate carabiners are a simple thread locking mechanism and must be rigged in the correct orientation (screw thread facing up).
Due to the gate's simple screw locking mechanism, care must be taken to ensure that nothing comes into contact with the gate when in use. So it is not recommended to connect an air hanger to a rope or harness. We suggest "mousing" the port by wrapping electrical tape around the port and body to ensure the port does not open during use.
These carabiners are electro-galvanized (galvanized), giving them a zinc coating that makes them corrosion resistant. Carabiner measures 105 mm x 57 mm x 17 mm and weighs 171 g. The product is tested up to 25kN. Complies with EN 362 and is CE certified.
