Abbey's lightweight walking poles are made of aluminium. They are easy to carry - you can stick them in a backpack if you don't want to use them all the time. The length of the rod can be adjusted between 63 and 135 cm. You can find the right length for you by holding the bars in your hand, your elbow should be at a 90 degree angle when the bars hit the ground. The rubber handle and adjustable wrist strap improve hand grip.
