Use:

Light the incense stick and let it burn for a moment with a flame, then blow out the flame and let the incense smoke. Energy cleansing of the home is recommended to be carried out by moving the incense from below upwards, towards an open window or door, so that negative energy can escape from the room. The burning time for an incense stick is about 1 hour.
