Recommended seat ball diameter based on user height:
The diameter of 50–55 cm is suitable for users 135–155 cm tall.
The diameter of 60-65 cm is suitable for users 155-180 cm tall.
The diameter of 70-65 cm is suitable for users 180-200 cm tall.
The seat ball is sent flat packed, but can be inflated very easily with the hand pump included in the package. Upholstery can be removed and washed at 30°C.
