This thin 3mm Studio Yoga Mat is European made and was the first yoga mat to be tested as free of harmful substances for skin contact.
The mat offers fantastic cushioning, slip resistance and durability, making it ideal for intensive use or studio use. . The 3 mm mat is for those who prefer a lighter and thinner yoga mat. For those who like more damping, a slightly thicker 4.5mm version is also available.
