Description
Tibetan cymbals originate from Tibet, where they have always been used in Buddhist rituals and ceremonies. Their beautiful, clear and bright sound is perceived mainly in the head area. Sound brings alertness, clarity and attention. They are often used in meditation, sound therapy, energetic space clearing, yoga or as a musical instrument.
When meditating, the pelvis can rhythm the exercise and guide through the stages of meditation. The clear sound of cymbals always guides the meditator to a deeper and deeper level.
Cymbals add a new dimension to changing the long asanas of Yin Yoga when the silent voice of the cymbals breaks the silence instead of speaking. The flow and focus of the exercise will improve.
We recommend cymbals for your own practice as well as for teaching.
Our Tibetan cymbals consist of two bronze cymbals connected by a leather band. They have a beautiful, long-lasting sound. To play, the edges of the cymbals are gently struck against each other from top to bottom.
