Use: Wash separately before use. Place your Yogitoes towel on top of your yoga mat or directly on the floor, needle side down. Some practitioners start with a dry Yogitoe's towel, while others prefer to slightly moisten the areas under the hands and feet before they begin. When you're done, avoid rolling damp Yogitos along with your mat.
To wash: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Deeper colors may require several separate washes to remove excess dye. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or fabric softener cleaners as they will make the surface of your Yogitos slippery. Because some dye loss may persist after the initial separate washes, be careful when practicing on light-colored mats or in light-colored clothing.
Each Yogitoe towel is made from no less than four boxes of red plastic bottles, preventing them from ending up in landfills or polluting the ocean. The recycled bottles are woven into 50% poly yarn that requires 66% less energy to produce. Manduka's rich, vibrant colors are created free of AZO, lead and heavy metal dyes to protect workers, customers and the environment. Manduka only uses FSC-certified recycled paper in their packaging. For Manduka, sustainability is not just a word - it is their inspiration.
