Myga's zafu pillow is filled with buckwheat hulls. It is both pleasantly firm and soft at the same time, the buckwheat moves inside the pillow, adapts to the user's position, but does not lose volume. The zipper allows you to increase or decrease the amount of filling if you wish. The filling is inside a separate inner cushion. The removable outer cushion can be washed by hand.
The Zafu pillow can be used in a sitting position (half-lotus) or under the knees when, for example, lies on the back. The side of the pillow has a carrying handle. You can also use the zafu meditation cushion as a bolster in some yoga asanas.
