Be Lenka's barefoot shoes enable the feet to move freely, comfortably and naturally without restrictions. The shoe has a brown last and a flat and thin sole, so you can feel unevenness in the surface and better activate the leg muscles designed for walking.

Measure the width of your foot at the widest point in centimeters. We recommend adding an excess of 0.5 - 1.2 cm to the total length of your foot, giving you your ideal shoe size.

Size guide
The size chart indicates the inside length and width of the shoes in centimeters.
How do you measure your foot correctly?
• Place a blank sheet of A4 size paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
• Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
• Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the furthest point from the heel (be careful, it may not always be the big toe)
• Measure the distance between these two points on the feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
• The number obtained is the length of the foot
• Add another 0.5-1.2 cm (ideal clearance) to the length of the foot and you will have the ideal size of your shoe.
• Find your shoe size according to the measurements above by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
• The size chart indicates the inside length and width of our barefoot shoes in centimeters.
