The sandals have a wide last and only a 3 mm thick outer sole. Barefoot shoes allow the feet to move naturally without the wrong kind of support or restrictions, which strengthens the muscles of the feet.

How do you measure your foot correctly?
• Place a blank sheet of A4 size paper on a flat, smooth and even surface.
• Step onto the paper with all your weight on the leg.
• Use a pen/pencil to mark the heel and the furthest point from the heel (be careful, it may not always be the big toe)
• Measure the distance between these two points on the feet with a ruler (the difference can be ± 0.5 cm)
• The number obtained is the length of the foot
• Add another 0.5-1.2 cm (ideal clearance) to the length of the foot and you will have the ideal size of your shoe.
• Find your shoe size according to the measurements above by referring to the size chart for each product on our website.
